As someone born in 1993, most of my childhood occurred during the 2000s. Therefore, I watched a lot of family-friendly movies back then, whether it was in the theaters or elsewhere.
Some movies I saw then remain among my favorites as an adult. Others, not so much, especially if they did poorly, although there are exceptions.
Below are my favorite movies from each year during the 2000s decade. I didn’t see all of these in the movie theaters or even the years they came out. But I’m still counting them.
I will state if I saw the movies in the theaters, if they did well, and my favorite moments from them. However, I won’t include reviews of them since those are on separate posts. But I will add links to those posts.
Think of this like a “Getting to know more about me” game.
